Can you show me an example?

If our discount question is...

"All of our products are produced by Chang Gung, a Taiwanese firm that started 44 years ago by erecting multiple hospitals in Asia. How many hospitals does Chang Gung own?

The answer to this question is 5. Since our coupon codes aren't case-sensitive, "FIVE", "five", "5" are all correct.

Where do I enter my answer?

On the second page of the checkout process, there is a space to enter Gift Vouchers/Discount Coupons. Just type in your answer there and then click "REDEEM".
(You will NOT be charged when you click "REDEEM" or "CONTINUE" on this page. Your order won't be placed until you click "CONFIRM ORDER" on the following CONFIRMATION page)

How do I know if my answer is correct?

If your answer is correct, you will see the discount automatically applied to your order. If the answer is incorrect, you will be notified of a "Processing Error - Invalid Coupon Code."

How many times may I answer each question?

Each answer/coupon code may be used once and only 1 discount code may be used per order.
